Have you ever switched on a PBS station and watched an anxious archeologist meticulously digging in a dusty land? Wouldn’t it be great to find something you value so highly? Better yet, what if you found it in your own back yard?
If you are in, or near Franklin County, Georgia and you seek freshly roasted, fine gourmet coffee, you don’t have to search the globe like our studious scientist has to. World Mix Coffees is a small-batch custom coffee roaster in this densely forested corner of paradise. We have been making these imported beans “dance” in a world class Deidrich Roaster since 2006. We have received advanced coffee roaster training in the manufacturer’s facility in Sandpoint, Idaho, and continue to sharpen our skills with every artisan-crafted pound of coffee we roast.
We select only the finest coffees from importers in New York and New Orleans, and then the “greens” from Indonesia, Africa, and Central and South America , are scrupulously roasted and tasted to highlight the specific nuances in the flavorful oils.
There is a tendency to think a coffee business would be challenged to keep the doors open as the temperatures rise. We race into the dog days of summer by offering an ice coffee recipe that will satisfy a discerning palette with a delectable harmony of milk and a slow brewed, secret blend of beans that explore hints of rich chocolate.
Can’t think of what to buy for someone who has it all at Christmas? Order a personalized gift basket in a wide price range. Want a fresh idea for a wedding? World Mix Coffees offers coffee catering services. Book a free coffee party. They will bring the best coffee available anywhere, and teach you how to brew your coffee in a way that will maximize flavor for less money than you may think. Educating curious coffee drinkers is essential to our success. Some of the highest rated coffees in the world need to be roasted with the greatest care. They should be brewed right too, don’t you think?
